SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Do you send internationally?
Yes we do please select international shipping at checkout. Royal mail states 3 - 7 Working days however I can not guarantee delivery for a certain date.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Gift Bespoke do not accept returns or give refunds on customised products as they have been made especially bespoke for you.
However if you have a problem with your order please email us so we can try and help rectify the problem.
How long does it take to make my order?
Currently our processing time is 1-3 business days. You will receive a email when your order has dispatched.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
UK orders are sent by royal mail (first class) and may take from 1-3 business days. For international orders this can take 5-7 business days. We are not able to guarantee international orders for a certain date.
I am in the UK and need my order by a certain date?
Please email us to make sure this is possible as we would hate for you to have ordered and you not receive your order in time. For the UK next day guaranteed delivery is available. However please note the 1-3 processing days will still be required.

I need to cancel my order?
You have a 6 hour time slot to be able to cancel your order. After that your order could be in the process of being made. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Gift Bespoke take pride in the making of all our products. Each order is made with care and attention to detail. All products are bespoke to your needs, from it's colour, material or personalisation.
How do I personalise my product?
Products that are able to be customised, have a personalisation box on the product page available.
I am unsure about the glitter card colours?
Colours swatches shown are the colours that our supplier provide. Sometimes glitter card can come darker or lighter than the colour looks online. If you have a specific colour in mind we are able to send you a sample of the glitter card so that you can match it with your special day. Please email us for more details and we will be happy to help you decide on the colour and try and source the correct colour for you.
I would like the product to be in a bespoke font of mine?
This is a service we offer. However there is an additional charge as this will be a bespoke die cut font that we will have to edit to make it into the product. Please email us for a quote.
Can I change the colour of the ribbon on my banner?
This is possible but there will be an additonal charge as currently we only stock white ribbon for banners.
